📁 How can I send the print file?

You can upload the file directly during the order or send it later by indicating the order number.

🎨 I don't have the artwork, can you create it for me?

👀 Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes.

For all jobs that involve graphic intervention by Composervice, a PDF proof is sent for approval before production.

Printing will begin only after your confirmation.


⏱ How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Indicatively:

  • Small format: 2-5 working days
  • Large format: 3-7 working days
  • Wallpaper: 5-10 working days
  • Custom clothing: 5-10 working days

Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the job.


🚚 Do you ship throughout Italy?

Yes.

We ship throughout Italy via express courier.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main payment methods available on Shopify, including:

🖨 Will the printed colors be identical to those on the monitor?

Not necessarily.

Monitors use RGB color mode while printing is done in CMYK. Small chromatic differences are normal and do not constitute a printing defect.


📏 How do I prepare the file correctly?

To achieve the best result, we recommend:

  • High-resolution PDF file
  • Images at 300 dpi
  • Text converted to outlines
  • 3 mm bleed
  • CMYK color mode

If you have any doubts, you can purchase the file check service.


📇 How do multiple names work for business cards?

The base price includes one name.

For each additional name, the supplement indicated in the product is applied.

The ordered quantity will be divided among the requested names.

Example:

  • 1,000 business cards
  • 2 names

You will receive approximately 500 business cards for each name.


📢 What does a Roll-Up include?

The Roll-Up comes complete with:

  • Aluminum structure
  • Custom print

🏠 How does custom wallpaper work?

We can print:

Yes.

❌ Can I return a customized product?

No.

All custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned according to article 59 of the Consumer Code.

In case of production errors or damaged products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs of the problem.
